A program, not a list of exercises.
Train A, B and C in turn for 6 rounds; the weights build up from easy to hard. You always know what today’s workout is.
Smart Training turns workouts into a system: a program with progressive overload, set logging in two taps, and charts that show you are getting stronger.
One app for people who train and for the coaches who guide them.
Train A, B and C in turn for 6 rounds; the weights build up from easy to hard. You always know what today’s workout is.
Load and reps are prefilled from the plan, and the rest timer starts on its own.
Estimated 1RM and records for every lift — on a single timeline.
“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
Your program says what every set is for and what to lift. You know what you are doing and why.
Weight goes up by plan, not by mood. Your estimated max is tracked for you.
Progress shows on the charts and in the mirror — week after week, year after year.
Start free and move up when you hit the ceiling.
Growing old without ever knowing your strength is the one option we don’t offer.
Free, forever. Build the habit.
For people who train seriously.
For coaches: coming later.
Prices in USD. Athlete renews automatically; turn auto-renew off any time in settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Smart Training is invite-only for now. Every new account gets 14 days of Athlete for free.
Not yet. While Smart Training is in a closed beta, an account starts with an invitation sent to your email. Ask for one with “Request an invitation”, and it arrives when the team sends it.
14 days of Athlete, no card needed — one trial per account. When it ends you quietly move to Starter; your data stays and you can upgrade any time.
You move to Starter. Your exercises, results and requests stay; only what Athlete opens closes.
Smart Training prices everything in dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge for it.
From each result of 12 reps or fewer, by the Brzycki formula: load × 36 / (37 − reps). It is an estimate, labelled e1RM, not a tested maximum.
Yes, in Settings › Training. Every result keeps the unit you entered it in; estimates and records follow your setting.
