Feedback, problems and ideas
Updated Oct 2, 2026
Tell the Smart Training team what’s broken, what you’d like, or anything else. Each kind gets its own kind of answer. Send feedback and My requests are in your menu in the app, so you need to be signed in.
Problems
A problem is something broken. Open Send feedback, choose A problem, and write a one-line summary and the details: what you did, what happened, what you expected.
A problem is a conversation: we reply in the request and tell you by email and in the app, and you answer below our reply. Its status says where it stands:
- Open: we’ve got it and will look at it soon.
- In progress: we’re looking into it.
- Waiting for you: we asked you something. Your reply moves it back to In progress.
- Resolved: we think it’s fixed. If it isn’t, reply within 14 days and it goes back to In progress.
- Closed: closed without a fix, with the reason: Can’t reproduce, Works as intended or Duplicate. A closed problem takes no replies: if it comes back, send a new request.
Ideas
An idea is something you’d like Smart Training to do. We thank you at once. If we take it on, you hear it’s Planned, by email and in the app, and again when it’s Shipped. Not planned shows in your list and isn’t announced.
When someone asked for the same thing, your idea may be merged with theirs: your request says “Merged with a similar idea”, and you hear its news as its author does.
Feedback
Anything else: what you like, what gets in the way. We read all of it and thank you; feedback gets no reply, and its status stays Received.
Report this problem
An error in the app shows a trace ID, which lets us find what happened. Press Report this problem beside it: Send feedback opens as a problem, with the trace ID and the page already attached. Add what you were doing, and send it.
What is sent with a request
Under Sent with your request, the form lists what the app attaches: the page, the app and its version, your browser and device, your language and, for a reported error, its trace ID. Remove any line you’d rather not send. Screenshots and files can’t be attached yet: describe what you saw.
Your requests
My requests lists everything you’ve sent, latest activity first, marking Team replied where a reply waits for you. Open one to read the conversation and its status history. You can send up to 10 requests an hour.
