Log, activity and progress
Updated Oct 9, 2026
What you did and how you are getting stronger: the workout log, the activity panel and the progress lines. All of it is open on every plan.
The workout log
Workout log on Home lists every workout you started, from every run, newest first: completed, cancelled or still running, with its program, when it started and how long it took. Load more brings older ones, and workouts that arrive while you read wait behind “1 new workout”.
Open a workout to see the sets you logged, planned, added or skipped, and the results it recorded. Nothing is changed or deleted from the log; a result a workout recorded is corrected in the exercise’s history.
Activity
Activity on Home shows the last 52 weeks, a column a week from Monday and a square a day, today ringed. A day’s shade is the minutes of the workouts you completed that day:
- none: 0 minutes;
- then 1–29, 30–59, 60–89 and 90 or more.
Beside it: the workouts this year, the weeks in a row with at least one workout, and the longest run of such weeks. A week counts whatever the day, so rest days never break the run, and a current week without a workout yet doesn’t either. Select a day to see its workouts. Days are counted in your training time zone (Days, time zones and units).
An exercise’s progress line
Progress, at the top of an exercise’s page, draws a point a day: the day’s best e1RM, the best e1RM of the added load, or, for a bodyweight exercise, the most reps. The base is drawn beside it as steps, each where a record, your first result or you moved it.
The line appears once results are on three days or more. Its range is 3 months by default, or 6 months, 1 year or All. Over a range, the line says how much you gained, from its first point to its best, and in how many weeks: “Up 19.3 kg in 12 weeks”. Show values lists the points as a table.
Main lifts
Main lifts, on Home under the activity, shows up to four exercises, each with its line of the last 3 months and its change. They are your favourites first, in the order you starred them, then the exercises with the most results in those months. An exercise needs results on three days in those months. With none, the block isn’t shown.
All progress
All progress, from Main lifts or from Exercises, opens Progress: every exercise with results on three days or more, latest first, each with its line and its change. Muscle group narrows the list.
Choose up to four exercises to compare them on one chart, as a change in percent from a common start. Compare from offers the start of your active run, or the last 3 months.
Why kilograms are never added up
Kilograms of different exercises measure different things: 10 kg more on a squat and 10 kg more on weighted pull-ups are not the same progress. So no chart adds loads across exercises, and comparing exercises always uses each one’s change in percent of where it started.
What changed in a run
A run’s page, opened from the run’s name on Home, shows What changed in this run: for each exercise, its base when the run started and now, how many of its results set a record, and the workouts that placed it. Home shows the same in brief, as What changed so far.
